Our Recruiting Process: A holistic approach with a modular structure

The four steps of our recruiting process are designed to this aim:
1. Joint Description of the Job Profile and Corporate Culture In collaboration with our client we undertake the following preparatory tasks, developping:

2. Identification of Candidates with adequate Profile One or more of the following options will be chosen to communicate with potential candidates, depending on the project:

3. Selection and Recommendation After having generated the interest of potential candidates, we assess them for a recommended short-list:
Face to face interview with promising candidates
Assessment with role play to evaluate competencies and personality in-depth
Reference Check for the final candidates
Recommendation of a short list of selected candidates
4. Successful Integration The last step in our process is to help the selected candidate to attain his/her full performance as soon as possible:
